Sally’s relaxed and personal, but professional, approach is exactly what I was looking for. The small class sizes enable her to tailor the exercises to meet individual needs and ensure you get the most from each session. Above all, it’s great fun!
A traditional yoga class suitable for beginners as well as those with experience of yoga. The class includes physical postures (Asana) as well as some breathing techniques (pranayama) and guided relaxation.
A more dynamic class with a focus on strengthening and toning the whole body. Suitable for those with some experience of yoga, or other forms of exercise.
A combination of meditation, breathing exercises, tai chi and guided relaxation. This class is great to relieve stress, help with anxiety, and improve energy levels and general well being.
Tibetan Singing Bowls help to induce a state of relaxation, promoting healing at a cellular level. When something is not right within a particular area of our body our vibrations are not in harmony. A sound healing session can help to bring this back in to balance, create a feeling of peace, increase energy and much more.
Relax & Revitalise
A class for those who have problems sleeping, switching off, or are just in need of some relaxation. Gentle stretches to ease tension are followed by a deep, guided relaxation – Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra which can be described as a sleepless sleep. The class is finished off with the healing sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.
All of the classes at The Yoga Hut can be offered on a private basis.
